These charges are applicable for our normal working areas, charges may vary for areas we do not normally cover and for areas of Central London, we will confirm our charges with you at the time of booking.

We take great pride in our transparent pricing so there is no hidden costs to you. We endevour to provide a fixed quotaion wherever we can. Where this is not possible you are only charged from the time we enter your property.

We offer flexible scheduling to minimise downtime for your business.

Where previous accurate records are not provided our charges are £65 + VAT per distribution board requiring testing and £20 + VAT per circuit tested.

Emergency Lighting Periodic Inspection

  • £240 + VAT fixed cost for our emergency lighting inspection

Fire Detection Inspection & Servicing Report

  • Up to 1 Unit with 5 manual call-points, 10 detectors and 3 zones
  • Up to 2 Unit with 10 manual call-points, 15 detectors and 4 zones
  • Up to 3 Unit with 15 manual call-points, 20 detectors and 5 zones
  • £200 + VAT
  • £275 + VAT
  • £350 + VAT
