Do you have a satisfactory EICR grading?

Here is a new fully compliant RCBO surge protected consumer unit that we have recently installed along with rectifying some unsafe wiring in a rental property in Lewisham, South-Eat London.
It was required to bring the property up to a satisfactory EICR (Electrical Inspection Condition Report) grading.
All rental properties must have an EICR undertaken every 5 years and it is recommended that homeowners do this every 10 years.
