David and the team were fantastic. I had a full board replacement and other remedial works. Very reasonable and transparent pricing and didn’t try to oversell (in fact, they also proposed options that meant spending far less). The service I received from everyone I interacted with was also faultless. I’d definitely use them again.

I had some issues with my doorbell charging after 6 months. I contacted the company and David listened and suggested I should contact customer service for the doorbell company. Longnstory short, David scheduled Josh to come by and have a look and they made a few changes as well. The doorbell still didn't charge but it showed it wasn't an electrical issue. I was sent a new doorbell and it has been charging with no issues. I thank the team for taking the time to help me to solve this issue . They are always polite as well, I would definitely recommend. Thanks much.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Both the logistics team and the technical staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and professional and dedicated. They were always punctual and responded to queries promptly. I have no complaints whatsoever and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve given Certified Electricians London Ltd 5 stars because they genuinely deserve it. We were really happy with the quality of their work, responsiveness, and, above all, their honesty and integrity throughout the job.
We really appreciated their approach and would be very happy to work with them again on future projects.

Helpful, prompt and tidy
We booked CE to add/move some sockets and change two sets of spotlights for us. They kept us informed during the booking process, then came promptly and made a great job of all the different elements - and tidied up after themselves really well! When it turned out a small mistake had been made, Ian came straight back to find and rectify the problem.

Really happy with the work done, helpful and quick to book
We dealt with David and Ian for our job, and had a great experience. David arranged the work to be done quickly (about a week) and Ian came and added a couple of new sockets for us and fixed a couple of broken ones. We're really happy with the work that was done.

When the sockets were fitted, one of the cables seemed to come loose in our oven, and so it lost power later that day - but Ian came round the next day and fixed it for us.

We got quotes from a few different electricians and the quote for this work was reasonable and in line with other quotes too.

Trust professionals for your EICR
Pleased with the level of quality and professionalism in conducting a required EICR for my flat. The amount of time spent ~1hr reflected the thoroughness required for this kind of electrical assessment.

Excellent service from Certified Electricians.

I'd attempted a minor electrical repair, got confused, and then remembered that calling in the professionals would have been the more sensible first step.
Whilst not an urgent job, the team were there within a day and resolved the issue in about ten minutes.

Perfect customer service and incredibly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I couldn't recommend Certified Electricians London highly enough! David and his team are great. We have been using their services for years now for different types of electrical work, from new sockets, to a totally new electrical installation and fuse box for our Summerhouse to a new fire alarm system in the house. Definitely our electrician for life :-) They also provide certificates for the electrical installations which are usually required for Building Control, planning etc. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, approachable and totally reliable. Their prices are also reasonable, so don't bother searching for a different electrician any longer. Thank you team!

I can't recommend David at Certified Electricians highly enough! Superbly helpful, even checking the lights fittings I was planning to order and advising that they were suitable before I bought (for use in the bathroom).
Responsive, polite, very helpful and efficient. Will 💯 use again, and no hesitation in recommending them!!

The interaction with the company was very friendly and helpful, booking in an appointment within a reasonable time. The engineer arrived on time and reminders were sent before the visit. The visit was carried out and the report clearly showed what issues needed to be resolved and a quote for the work was sent with the certificate. Very happy with the responsive service and professionalism.

Highly recommended! Certified Electricians London came over initially to upgrade a fuse box for me. They did such a brilliant job that I keep finding other work for them to do. This has included fitting a very heavy and fiddly second-hand chandelier which they did really well. I had all of my sockets and switches changed over also. A new cooker hood and hob has also been fitted also. I have told all of my neighbours about their services as it is hard to find someone you can give a key to your home to knowing they will treat it with respect, do an outstanding job and tidy up before they leave. Turned up on time on each date they were booked. Expert service.
