I had the team come out to replace my consumer unit, fit new sockets and switches throughout my flat, and fit 3 new lights. It was a great experience from start to finish - David was really responsive and helpful over email before and after (when enquiring about further work) the guys were polite and friendly. They arrived exactly when they said they would and honestly didn't stop working. It was during the summer heatwave but they didn't complain and were also really conscientous of the flat the whole time, making sure to tidy up after themselves and checking everything was okay. When I noticed the apprentice had put one socket slightly off centre he quicky changed it (it was perfect now!) And then went round and double checked all the others to make sure they were okay. We used Certified Electricians London to move the consumer unit in my son’s flat and install a socket in the loft. The communication was excellent and the work was carried out on the appointed day. When my son arrived home from work he found that although the job was completed successfully the wiring in the loft was untidy and not secured in places. The company responded quickly and David came out the following day to check it and sort it with no quibbles. Super company with great customer service. Ian and his apprentice carried out an EICR at my property and I was very happy with the service. They arrived on time, were polite, knowledgeable and professional throughout. They were also very respectful of my property, which is particularly important to me. They took the time to explain things clearly and I felt confident in the advice they gave me. I was so pleased with the service that I’ve asked them to provide a quote for some additional electrical work I’m planning. I would happily recommend them. Would highly recommend. They knew what they were doing and had the chops to back it up. A handful of Ethernet runs all perfectly terminated and tested, lights installed, low voltage speakers wiring and storage heater removal in a single day. They even made good of all the access holes they needed to make to run the Ethernet. Really happy with the work done, helpful and quick to book We dealt with David and Ian for our job, and had a great experience. David arranged the work to be done quickly (about a week) and Ian came and added a couple of new sockets for us and fixed a couple of broken ones. We're really happy with the work that was done. When the sockets were fitted, one of the cables seemed to come loose in our oven, and so it lost power later that day - but Ian came round the next day and fixed it for us. Couldn't recommend Certified Electricians London Ltd enough. Calling late in the day, I was still able to get an appointment quickly the next day. Spoke to numerous team members whilst booking - all very helpful and patient. Joshua did a fantastic job - the company send you a notification when they are 20 or so minutes away so you aren't hanging around waiting long. Joshua installed a new heat alarm quickly and was so helpful answering any queries. All done in less than 15 minutes. I'd attempted a minor electrical repair, got confused, and then remembered that calling in the professionals would have been the more sensible first step. I couldn't recommend Certified Electricians London highly enough! David and his team are great. We have been using their services for  years now for different types of electrical work, from new sockets, to a totally new electrical installation and fuse box for our Summerhouse to a new fire alarm system in the house. Definitely our electrician for life :-) They also provide certificates for the electrical installations which are usually required for Building Control, planning etc. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, approachable and totally reliable. Superbly helpful, even checking the lights fittings I was planning to order and advising that they were suitable before I bought (for use in the bathroom). Highly recommended! Certified Electricians London came over initially to upgrade a fuse box for me. They did such a brilliant job that I keep finding other work for them to do. This has included fitting a very heavy and fiddly second-hand chandelier which they did really well. I had all of my sockets and switches changed over also. A new cooker hood and hob has also been fitted also. I have told all of my neighbours about their services as it is hard to find someone you can give a key to your home to knowing they will treat it with respect, do an outstanding job and tidy up before they leave.
