George appointed our local London team to complete the electrical work required during the renovation of his property. As different areas of the home were redesigned, we carried out the work in stages, ensuring the electrical installation supported both the practical requirements of the property and the couple’s preferred interior style.

The kitchen underwent a significant redesign, requiring extensive electrical work and rewiring to accommodate its new layout.
Our team installed the necessary wiring and electrical connections for the kitchen appliances, lighting and power points. Careful planning was essential to ensure that sockets and electrical supplies were positioned conveniently while complementing the finished kitchen design.
The completed space now benefits from practical power provision, integrated lighting and a clean, modern appearance.
Lighting played an important role in the overall transformation of this London property. We installed modern LED spotlights throughout several areas of the home, creating bright and practical illumination while maintaining a neat finish.
Feature lighting was also installed along the staircase. The discreet stair lights improve visibility and safety while adding a contemporary design detail to the space.
Each part of the lighting installation was carefully planned to suit the layout and character of the property rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
As part of the wider electrical improvements, we fitted electric oil-filled radiators throughout the home.
The radiators were securely mounted and connected to provide effective electric heating without detracting from the property’s updated interior. Their traditional column-style design also works particularly well alongside the combination of modern finishes and character features found throughout the home.
One of the most challenging and memorable elements of the project was the installation of a large antique suspended light.
The light had been shipped to the UK from Prague in the Czech Republic. Due to its considerable size, weight and the height of the ceiling, this was not a standard lighting installation.
To complete the work safely, our team arranged and erected a specialist access tower inside the property. This provided a secure working platform from which the light could be carefully lifted, connected and suspended.
The ceiling fixing and electrical connection both needed to be suitable for the weight of the fitting. We also had to work carefully around the delicate antique fixture to avoid causing damage during installation.
Once in place, the oversized industrial-style pendant became an impressive focal point within the property and complemented the home’s high ceilings and distinctive interior design.
The completed project combines practical electrical improvements with carefully considered design features. From the new kitchen wiring and electric radiators to the LED spotlights, staircase lighting and bespoke antique pendant, every installation contributes to the comfort, safety and appearance of the home.
